Twitchy Twitter

Not actually wrong, mind you, but technically, something is wrong with twitter.  Reminds me of an old aphorism in teaching:  "In theory, practice and theory are the same, but in practice, they're not." It took me a while to unravel that, and I'm still not sure whether it's mundane, profound, a truism, or just plain nonsense.
