Wednesday Words

Dean Wormer pretty much cleaned up the last edition of Wednesday words... anybody else want to play? It is actually kind of weird how similar my take on that last set and Dean's take was. I didn't have anything for "grack," and I would have described "aption" as an appropriate thing to do: an apt action. Otherwise... like I said, kind of weird. Especially "brancer."

Callan- I wish I could show you a picture of how hard I was laughing as I went through your list. Each one was funnier than the last, and by the time I got to the end... well, I'm still wiping my cheeks and eyes.

Actually it took me a moment to get "hikey," and the delayed gratification made the others that much better, I think.

A hikey is somewhat like a hickey, except it keeps moving.

A vater is someone who has drunk themself out of house and home and taken up residence in a brewery.

An aphrome is an afro with a receding hairline.

A Spingsai is a Spaniel, English Sheepdog, Airedale crossbreed.

A cofetaw is a breast that gives coffee flavored milk. (Plural: cofetataws)

Isn't an "aphrome" that thing that causees people to have a sexual attraction towards people with afros?
